Here Goes Nothin' is a bold-hearted declaration before stepping into the unknown. It's a moment or a mindset where we choose to double down and take a risk. It captures the spirit of leading fearlessly, guided not by calculations and certainty but by intuition and conviction in a higher calling or sense of purpose.

Why is it our shared ethos?

Prior to interviewing Kayak CEO Steve Hafner, Matt decided to ditch all his notes and to guide the conversation towards what really matters. It was a turning point that started a deeper shift: from playing it safe to embracing creative risk. It was the start of our shared ethos: to trust our instincts and write the future!
